    The cost will depend on the survey requirements, taking into account the scope of the work and the size of the building. For example, a smaller building (roughly 500 sq m) will have a different cost to a medium-sized (around 500 sq m to 2500 sq m) and a larger building (anywhere over 25000 sq m.).
